The partners bring decades of experience, knowledge and legal prowess to the firm. Harry brings almost 40 years of practicing real estate law, including over a quarter-century leading the legal team at one of New York City’s top real estate developers, overseeing and closing billions of dollars in sophisticated real estate transactions. Harry leads the leasing team, bringing a deep background in office, retail and restaurant leasing, from both the landlord’s and the tenant’s perspective.

Harry R. Dreizen, Managing Partner
Harry R. Dreizen brings over 37 years of experience to the Firm he founded, representing real estate developers and investors in workouts, real estate transactions involving office buildings, warehouses, apartment buildings, condominiums, retail spaces and single-family homes. Harry was General Counsel for The Moinian Group, a major New York City developer and owner/operator for over 26 years, where he oversaw growth in the portfolio from 1 million square feet to over 30 million square feet.

Atelier (627 West 42nd Street), purchase of site and construction of 500-unit condominium project on 42nd Street, in joint venture with investment arm of California Public Employees’ Retirement System.
NBA Store, drafted and negotiated lease with the NBA for the only NBA-branded store in the world, for twenty year term.
Whitehall Fund, oversaw $50,000,000 plus buy-out of Whitehall, the real estate investment arm of Goldman Sachs, from investment in 1775 Broadway.
555 West 34th Street, purchase of development site from Verizon for mixed-use building in excess of one million square feet, incorporating condominium, commercial and retail uses, located over the new MTA station for the expanded Seven Line.
123 Washington Street, acquisition of development site adjacent to World Trade Center site for development of Gwathmey Siegel designed tower with condominium and hotel condominium uses.
Downtown Athletic Club, acquisition and complete rehabilitation of landmarked Art Deco tower, converted to 400 condominium units from prior use as historic sports club.
Sears Tower, purchase of landmark trophy office building in Chicago, with over 4 million square feet of office and retail space, financed by $900,000,000 mortgage and mezzanine financing from Bank of America.
EAB Plaza, sale of 1,150,000 square foot Class A office complex, for a sale price of over $250,000,000 to Reckson Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Reckson Associates.
17 Battery Place (Unit One), acquisition and rehabilitation of 450,000 square foot landmark office building, renovated to 500 luxury apartments with $78,000,000 construction financing syndicated by KeyBank, and placement of $130,000,000 permanent financing.
